Phototron Holdings, a
technology provider to the hydroponic growing industry, recently declared that
SG Sensors division, its wholly owned subsidiary, has declared beta testing for
its advanced wireless sensors and controllers. These sensors benefit all
sized-growers within the medicinal marijuana industry.
Indoor
manufacture of superior quality medical marijuana can be achieved by
maintaining optimal conditions for all stages of grow room operations. This in
turn owes to constant monitoring of several key variables that can determine
the discrepancy between crop loss and successful growth. The new SG
Sensors-brand sensors and controllers provide in real time the key variables of
grow room operations to growers of all sizes. In addition, it controls and
optimizes the growth condition. Following the achievement of beta testing, this
functionality will be offered in an integrated suite of wireless SG Sensor
products.
According
to Phototron Holdings CEO, Sterling Scott, this novel functionality by SG
Sensor products will be advantageous to growers of all sizes. In addition, this
new solution will provide key grow room information constantly from a mobile
platform, at all times. It also enables growers to effectively and securely
carry out operation without being bound to a single location.
Initially,
Phototron targets its sales and marketing initiatives on medical marijuana grow
operations as the value of the crops and their sensitivity is being increased
based on a host of conditions.
