Reduce Energy Costs By 40% With MAXCOR Motion Sensors

NICOR has greatly expanded its line of lighting controls, which are now a part of their energy efficient MAXCOR line. The controls, collectively called MAXCOR Motion Sensors, expand the line from four to eleven sensors. Among the new line-up are ceiling sensors, a high-bay sensor, as well as an assortment of wall sensors. Many of the vacancy and occupancy sensors offer advanced technologies such as ambient light sensing and smart controls that recognize temporary occupancy and adjust themselves accordingly.

NICOR offers these Motion Sensors as a complement to their growing MAXCOR line of energy efficient LED lighting solutions. “They are a no-brainer addition to energy efficient lighting,” says Ronald Renshaw, NICOR’s National Sales Manager. “Energy costs are rising, but pairing our MAXCOR Motion Sensors with our LED lighting solutions is like a one-two punch to knock out high energy bills.” NICOR asserts that the use of their MAXCOR Motion Sensors will reduce energy consumption by as much as 40%, thereby lowering the overall cost of lighting. “Who wouldn’t want to knock a huge chunk off of their energy bill?” asks Renshaw.
