1. Contact Type Temperature sensors

Sensors directly contact with objects to measure the temperature of object, due to the temperature of object will be transferred to temperature sensors when they are contacting, so in fact objects’ temperature will be low, so the temperature are not very precision, special for the low heating capacity objects. So this type sensors is good for measuring the high heating capacity objects for the real and precision temperature

2. Non-contact Type temperature sensor


This type sensors measure temperature through the infrared emitted from the objects, and it can be used to telemetry. So this type sensor has high manufacture cost but low precision.

The advantages:

1. Not get the temperature from the objects,

2. Not obstruct the temperature filed of objects.

3. Not the affect the temperature when Continuation measure.

4. High response.


In addition, there are Microwave temperature sensors, Noise temperature sensors, Drawing measure temperature sensors, Heat flow meter, Vein temperatures, nuclear magnetic resonance Temperature sensors, Moose paul effect temperature, Josephson effect temperature, fiber optic temperature sensors, etc, some of these temperatures had been used by human and some are being research.
