  When you need a rugged Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) or an Electronic Flow Meter, Bulletin 1758 DataSite controllers are an excellent choice for harsh and extreme industrial environments. These controllers are ideal for oil, gas, pipeline, electrical, and industrial combustion applications. They support applications requiring wide temperature ratings and low power consumption, as well as remote applications powered by solar cells or wind power. The 1748 DataSite Configured Panel provides a rugged enclosure for the DataSite controllers. Features Contains advanced 32-bit processor with embedded real-time multi-task operating system (RTOS) Provides 6 M Flash memory, 1M RAM and 32 K ferroelectric RAM for long-term storage of configured parameters Provides embedded Ethernet, two serial ports (RS232/RS485) and one HART multi-drop interface HiBeam technology allows the controller to act as a web and event-based data server Isolates power supply, signal output and input terminals from the main control circuit Operates in -4070 C (-40158 F) temperature range and 595% humidity Products 1758 DataSite Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) Provides 8 analog inputs (2 with HART point-to-point interfaces), 8 discrete inputs, 4 discrete outputs and 3 pulse inputs 1758 Electronic Flow Meter Incorporates AGA-3, AGA-7 and AGA-8 algorithms for computing natural gas flow Lets you configure up to 8 flow runs 1748 Configured Panel Provides rugged enclosures for the DataSite controllers Available in polycarbonate or aluminum Can be wall-mounted or free-standing (pipe-mounted) Wireless modems available Certifications Controllers: c-UL-us, C-Tick, CE, UL (Class I, Division 2, Hazardous Locations, Groups A, B, C, D) Configured Panel: IP 66, UL Type 4X, NEMA Type 4X (outdoor), UL (Class I, Division 2, Groups A,B,C,D for hazardous locations), UL (non-hazardous locations)
