OPTEX Displacement Sensors CD5 Series





Features:





?CD5 is the highly balanced Laser Displacement Sensor with High Resolution, High stability and High Operationality.


?Top level of resolution and linearity in the class.+/-0.05%F.S. for ceramic


?9 models with different spec are available. Multiple calculation with result of 3 head connected to one controller is available.


?Head can measure without controller. You can control and get measurement result through RS422.














Applications:





Measurement of height of PCB is available with 5 times better resolution than conventional model.





Measurement of height of the parts is available with top level linearity in this class.





Controlling tension of the sheet on the roll to roll process by measuring the position of the sheet at buffer part by wide spot type CD5 sensor head.





Measuring width of metal object with highest level of accuracy for this long range: 500mm is available.





Measuring position of metal roll in the longest range, 2000mm, in the industry is available.
